Flash/Actionscript specialist required (Blackpool)

We require a flash specialist to help us move an existing site forward to the next level. This is a heavily user interactive site which is entirely bespoke to solve a number of problems we have encountered and we wish to make ongoing improvements.
Ideally we require someone commutable to Blackpool so we can interact effectively on what is a very complex site.
