Home Page - The Search box in the top right hand corner is where a website address is inputted to be checked against the websites listed in our database.
This search facility is in the top right hand corner of every webpage throughout the site.
Please center javascript: Reports Recieved, Websites Listed, Webchecks Made
Please make reports recieved count the number of reports recieved by our site.
Please make websites listed count the number of all websites listed on the site.
Please make WebChecks made count the total number of Company Webchecks made (not site visitors - actual searches made).

Report a Company page - This is a self explanatory form which puts the information provided into the database. The checkbox categories must be editable in the control panel and must allow for adding and deleting categories - categories must also be even on each side unless one side has one more category than the other side.
The message box must have a counter where the words - 150 words maximum are; For example - The text now says 150 words maximum, but when a person starts to type, the word maximum should dissappear and the number should start to count down as the person types more words, when the counter is at 0, no more words can be typed.

THE REPORTS AND NAME FIELDS
Sovereign Management S.A - this is the company name that is filled in the "company name" field box on the report a company page. If the company name is not filled in on the "report a company" page, then the company name and outlining box on the results page must not appear, it is only when someone fills in a company name in the box on the "report a company" page, that the company name and out lining box appears in the results page.
www.sovereignmanagment.com - this is the website address that is filled in the "website" field box on the report a company page.
Reports Listed - this is the number of reports listed against one particular website, for example if one report has been listed against www.sovereignmanagment.com, then the number 1 will show next to the words Reports Listed. If 2 reports have been made against the same website address, then the number 2 will be listed alongside the words "Reports Listed".
Date = the date the report is listed
filed by = the first initial of the first name listed in the "First Name" field on the "report a company" page followed by a dot, then a space and then the last name; for example if the first name was Andrew and the last name was Simpson, the result would be A. Simpson
Reports - reports should listed with the newest report first
Report listing - The report listings are a maximum of 150 words and must be listed as typed in the "negative experience" message box on the "report
a company" page, i.e paragraphs, sentences and carridge returns etc.

No results page - This is the page that is displayed when no results are returned from the database. The "Click here to add Company WebCheck to your
favorites" needs to be enabled so that when a website visitors clicks on the "Click here to add Company WebCheck to your favourites" link, the favorites box appears with the text "Company WebCheck - From One, Learn All" in the name field.
Control Panel
The control panel must list websites listed - sovereignmanagement.com (no www). control panel must also list number of reports listed against that company,
for example:
sovereignmanagement.com (one column) 28 (another column) when you click on sovereignmanagement.com or 28, i should be taken to the reports and the information of the person(s) that listed the reports against that company website.
The listings must have a feature where i can click on the title word "websites" and they list alphabetically, or click on the "Reports" title and it will list all the sites in the order of most reports first going downwards or i can click again and get the results in reverse.
Report Listings must have a ADMIN ON / OFF feature. If OFF, all listings are listed and displayed immediately. If ON, all listing must be activated by
administrator for the period this is left on ON.
Each Listing must have the following features, View, Edit, Suspend, Activate, Delete and must display all the information submitted in the "report a company" form
"Suggest a category" on the "report a company" page must have its own field, section or be sent to a email address so i can monitor this field - to be discussed.
Categories
Checkbox categories on "Report a Company" and "Advertising" pages must have feature in control panel where i can add addtional or delete categories. This feature must line up with each other on each side so that the list is symetrical.
There must also be a place in the control panel where i can add the code for the banner ads for each category which are served from an external source.
And i would also require my email accounts be set up with google apps.
I think i have covered everything but i am not a programmer, therefore i would appreciate someone who uses common sense and would suggest and guide this project in the right direction to a swift and successful completion.
Finally - Please price reasonably, this should be between 8 - 10 hours work.
