web designer / online creative (london)location londonjob area Creative posted on 30/9/2006 We are the best damn up'n'coming digital agency in london and we have some of the hottest talent in town. If you think your sh*t smells of roses AND you can PROVE IT then get in touch. We have a great agency culture, team breakfast meetings every week, team trips and excursions (bowling, music concerts, exhibition tours, etc) every month, and a chilled out office environment with some great, friendly people. We work with the best brands : Microsoft, Puma, Converse, Discovery, Playstation, Oakley, AOL, etc. We specialise in digital campaigns - so literally every project presents a new challenge so you this is a place for people hungry to make an impact - no 9-5 'turn up for paycheck' people here. Work hard, play hard, have fun doing great things, get paid for it... that's what do. OK, so currently we are looking for an online/ web creative/ designer type person. Your creative work and thought process from concept to implementation needs to be sh*t hot and amazing. You must have commercial experience of a few years at least. You need to be cool with working to tight deadlines and you need to be able to be able to implement CSS/ XHTML at high W3C standards and be great with flash. what else? You need to be passionate and hungry. We are a small agency, so your input will make a huge difference. This is a chance for the right individual to get involved at an early stage of an agency that will change the world... are you in? If so, send your cv AND links to your work AND tell me what your favourite drink is. If you fail to do ALL THREE of the these things, I will NOT even read your email. Also, I think that your cv is your fiirst contact, if your cv looks crap or is just typed in Word then I will also bin it as I don't think creative people should be selling themselves with a Word cv. Finally, I am really sorry but as we tend to get loads of responses for our vacancies, I can only guarentee a reply to successful (invited to interview) candidates. I promise I will try and reply to everyone but the theory never translates to practice. Thanks for your understanding. Good luck.
