Flash - Telecommute Ok

I don't know where to start, or how to go about it, but I want a Flash
intro for my site. Nothing crazy fancy, a morph here, a morph there, a
lil sound, blah, blah, blah.....

Rates, resume/portfolio and examples would be nice.
