Web Design/Flash and graphic (London)

Web and Graphic designers:
Needed for 1/2 days to a week initially. Maybe larger projects upcoming.
With one or more years training/experience. (if less than this, must have exceptional talent)
Web designers with a keen eye for graphic design and ideas for innovative e-marketing solutions. Must be creative as well as technically proficient. Required programs advanced: Flash/html/photoshop/illustrator/quarkxpress or indesign etc
Film software knowledge is advantageous not essential- Final Cut Pro/Adobe premiere.
Knowledge of SEO and optimising websites is an advantage.
Virals, multimedia, bluetooth and mobile phone technology know-how is also a benefit.
The idea is to build a relationship with a designer with an eye to giving them a job with us. The initial project will be low paid- but future jobs will be fully paid.
