Self-motivated, with at least 3 years experience of PC and/or Mac-based design for print and web. Good working knowledge of current Adobe/Macromedia software and knowledge of HTML, XHTML, CSS. Ideal candidate will also have experience of PHP, MySQL, IT skills would be an advantage.
HR Smith Group are an established engineering company (aerospace products and wheelchairs) with manufacturing facilities in both the UK and USA. Design work is varied and based in the beautiful countryside of Herefordshire (this also implies that you would require your own transport). We pride ourselves with having an excellent working environment. Currently the graphic design department consists of a single person, but due to workloads and an ever-expanding company, graphic design assistance is urgently required. Therefore the successful applicant would need to be able to "hit the ground running".
Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and be available to start beginning April.
