Website Designer Needed (Oxfordshire)

We are a young & funky New Media company who need someone to urgently update a number of websites to our commercial portfolio and gain some practical experience along the way.
We are looking for someone to do a couple of sites to build up their portfolio
Must be familiar with various design packages Macromedia Flash, Dreamweaver, Fireworks and Freehand; Adobe Photoshop, Image Ready and Illustrator, Understanding of HTML, CCS and Design skills for web & print, Ability to work unsupervised in an autonomous role.
