Freelance designer needed for logo (Telecommute)

We require a freelance graphic designer to design a logo for our new company website. We would prefer to work with someone who will allow us to give input into the design and request changes, if necessary. This is a work-from-home contract, so daily access to email and IM (Skype, MSN, Yahoo, etc) is important.

We are also willing to consider contracting out the redesign of our website (no coding required; just PSD) if we find the right person.
