Please see website: www.shipwreckedmariners.org.uk. The client would like the six flags on the home page to be animated, so that they appear to flutter in the 'wind'. This could be done as either Flash or animated gifs, so long as it looks effective. However, I'm afraid their budget strictly is no more than £100, so I may be clutching at straws here!
