Online Display Advert Creative (London)

Hornet Media is looking for an experienced online "display" advertising creative. This person must have a strong design background plus basic flash knowledge.
Hornet has recently completed its first internet video commercial that we expect to go "viral". The commercial is for an online language company called www.bitesizedlanguages.com. Bitesizedlauguages.com delivers a sentence with a translation to its member's email everyday. Hornet's video commercial is for the Spanish/English clientele.
Because this is the first online commercial for Hornet Media we are looking for a talented creative to join the team for future projects. While there is no pay for this particular job, it will certainly lead to paid work for the successful applicant.
We need a banner, skyscraper and rectangle to be made. We want interactive elements to be contained in the ads.
Banner: Will contain a flipping calendar (day 1, 2, 3 etc). On each day the advert will display a different example of a sentence delivered to members of bitesizedlanguages.com. Inclusion of logo. Further creative input is desired.
Rectangle: Multiple choice questionaire
Question: What is Spanish for Chicken?
Is it:
1. Pollo
2. Polla
3. Chickeña
Click your answer to see if you are correct.
When the user clicks on their answer the rectangle expands and plays the video commercial that Hornet has created. Further creative input is desired.
