Joomla template designer (Bath)

Hey all,
I'm after someone that is a dab hand with Joomla and can put together a lovely, polished working template after going through the brief.
You must have an understanding of how Joomla works with the modules, components and placements plus CSS obviously.
At the moment we are working on version 1.0.15 and have catered for that. However it may be a good shout to upgrade to the newer version!
Initially its a one site job. However if it all goes to plan there will be another 5 sites to design for. Possibly increasing to 15 in the next 12 months.
What I need is a brief email about you and your previous work. Also some examples and an idea of your hourly rate.
I will provide a detailed brief and imagery as and when it is relevant. We need to work closely to achieve the end goal so overseas is not an option here as the phone is the best tool!
What I don't want are loads of applicants that are 'catch all'. I want experienced Joomla bods.
