• Develop and maintain new e-commerce
programmes
• Increase and maintain web awareness of sites
through search engine optimisation and on-line
marketing/advertising
• Update and maintain product listings
• Ensure sales growth through site development,
marketing and analysis of competitor action
• Deal with customer queries and problems
• Analyse site performance
• Communicate with other departments
The candidate will possess the following skills:
• Knowledge of web site development and
implementation
• Knowledge of internet and email marketing
• Confident internet user
• Understanding of how search engines work
(ie: Google)
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Strong attention to detail
