ASP.NET ( VB) / SQL Server Junior Developer (London/Home)

I'm a Senior ASP.NET/SQL Server programmer looking for a Junior developer to assist me develop my clients sites.
All database schema's and sites are already drawn out. I need someone to follow my code examples and create new pages with similar functionality. Most of these pages will be concerned with the CMS side of the sites.
You will need a reasonable knowledge of ASP.NET 2.0 (VB), SQL Server, specifically Stored Procedures (now working on 2005 but 2000 is fine) .
You must be able to view an example or existing code in the site and then copy/paste and amend the web page /stored procedure / and .NET code to work on new pages. Every bit of functionality / code will already be written, it's just a case of you making it work for slightly different pages.
You must be able to follow instructions but not be afraid to make recommendations, you must be able to work unaided for periods of time.
Examples of use of SQL Server Stored Procedures and VB ASP.NET code (Edits, new records, deletes, Repeater Controls, data binding etc.) will be appreciated.
The job pays £10-15 an hour depending on experience, this job is initially a very short term contract but I have many projects coming up and am looking for someone who will be available in the next 6 weeks to work when needed.
