Linux DNS Administrator (Internet Based/London Area)

I am seeking a Linux DNS administrator who I can work with shortly.
I run a small hosting company that I would very much like to expand and I need a Bind DNS server(s) properly configured. My efforts work, but are not up to scratch.
Ideally I would like someone who has a proven ability within this field and references would be very beneficial.
Please get back to me with any experience/CV's/references and expected hourly/daily rate.
