Essential skills:
HTML, XML, XSL (Cascading Style Sheets); Javascript; Java Server Pages (JSP); Enterprise Java Beans (EJB) – specifically session beans; IDEs; Websphere Studio Application Developer (WSAD);Rational Application Developer (RAD)
UML Tools;Rational Rose; Oracle 9i
Chordiant Experience (minimum):Café Client; Café tags; Café Server (including relevant Foundation components e,g, RequestHandler)
Business Process Designer (/ Server)
Foundation Server - JX Framework including JXS, JXP, Security. Also: Specific experience of designing and implementing applications for use within Call Centre (in Financial Services industry);With large focus on Desktop integration i.e. the integration of desktop applications into thin client desktop.Active X / .NET / Javascript; Applets; Within the confines of the Disability Discrimination Act
Computer Telephony Integration (CTI): JTAPI (implemented in Avaya environment); Chordiant CTI architecture (server side, thin client model); Websphere Application Server
