Hardcore PHP developer needed (Bristol)

We are a young Bristol based web development company with an exciting new web 2.0 project. We are looking for an expert PHP developer to help bring the project to fruition. You should have an in-depth knowledge of PHP, be self motivated, focused and communicative. In return we will pay you accordingly, with possible share options and shower you with love and praise. You will be required for a 4-6 month contract or possibly a full time position. This is an exciting project with excellent possibilities for the right candidate. We love the web and you should too.
This project will require a very capable all round developer that has experience in producing highly scalable database driven web sites.
Although you will need to have experience in a wide range of areas, the key skills we are looking for are:
PHP - you will need to be a true expert and show examples of clean, maintainable, object orientated code.
MySQL - including a good understanding of relational database design. Web services - our project will rely heavily on a public facing web service API hat will most likely be REST based.
AJAX/Javascript - JQuery a bonus.
You will need to be local to Bristol and willing to work from our office in Clifton, the occasional after work drink may also be required!
