Who we are looking for : A Senior Web Developer to join our highly skilled technical team. This is great opportunity for you to establish yourself as a leading technical consultant within a forward thinking media agency.

Experience Required :
Minimum 2 years in a commercial web development agencies is required (references must be provided). Demonstrable site examples (some urls) and/or a portfolio of work will need to be provided during interview process.

• Great interpersonal skills - a must have!
• HTML
• XML & XSL
• XHTML & CSS
• Classic ASP (some knowledge)
• C#
• .NET
• JavaScript
• SQL Server 2000 & 2005
• AJAX (Desirable)
• IIS 6 & Search Engine Optimisation techniques
• Windows 2003 Administration (Desirable)
• Demonstrable experience in web development, web master or other related experience who has demonstrated team leader potential
Responsibility and Role :
You will be reporting to the Technical Development Manager during weekly technical team meetings and Creative Jar's Technical Director. You will also need to regularly liaise with interface designers, project managers, your technical team and on some occasions with clients. Your focus must be the end user and client, this means not only to you need to code but you need to ensure it works and works well!
Salary and Benefits :
Between £30,000 - 40,000 depending on skills. Creative Jar also offer Development Plans for each member of staff (after probationary period), which includes your personal skill development (training courses) as well as your overall career progression (role and salary) with Creative Jar.
