Who we are looking for : A Junior Web Developer to join our highly skilled technical team. This is great opportunity for you to establish yourself as a leading technical consultant within a forward thinking media agency.

Experience Required :
Minimum 2 years in a commercial web development agencies is required (references must be provided). Demonstrable site examples (some urls) and/or a portfolio of work will need to be provided during interview process.
What you'll do:
Day to day web application support across the business
Maintenance and development of applications
Interrogation and maintenance of l databases
Development of system documentation
Work closely with the web development lead on new projects
Essential Requirements:
HTML
ASP/ASP.NET
Formulation of T-SQL queries
Basic Relational Database Knowledge
Responsive to user needs and able to prioritise according to demands.
Able to work well under your initiative with minimal supervision.
Willing to work in a challenging but rewarding environment.
Great communications skills
Outstanding attention to detail
The successful candidate will have ASP.NET ability (preferably 2.0), be comfortable with Visual Studio and knowledge of MS SQL (Queries, stored procedures etc). Experience of CSS, HTML and Javascript is an advantage. You will possess excellent communication skills, be flexible and able to work to strict deadlines within a fast paced environment.
Any exposure to the following would be advantageous:
XHTML
VB.Net
SQL Server
Responsibility and Role :
You will be reporting to the Technical Development Manager during weekly technical team meetings and Creative Jar's Technical Director. Your focus must be the end user and client, this means not only to you need to code but you need to ensure it works and works well!
