Hi,

I am setting up a web design company and I am looking for web developers/designers.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years experience and have good programming and design skills. You can be an individual or applying on behalf of a company. Your skills set should include a wide range of programming skills. Any websites you create should be conformant to W3C standards and search engine optimised. I am looking for someone that can offer me a competitive hourly rate. Please do not apply if you are going to provide me a lower rate now than you are going to charge later as I already had this experience in the past.

-hourly rate
-portfolio
-cv/resume
-list of technologies
-website testing experience
-conformance to which W3C standards - VERY IMPORTANT. Without this you will not get a reply.
