Flash Designer/Developer (London)

We're a young London-based creative agency with some great clients looking to recruit top-notch Flash talent to our freelance talent pool.
We're looking for design-aware Flash developers. This means you can code actionscript 2/3, are comfortable with XML and databases yet also have an appreciation of the front-end design, animation and user experience issues inherent in Flash sites for major brands.
Please have a portfolio of Flash work you've done for established brands (agency experience is of course a big plus). Please be in London or nearby. You won't be required to work from our offices but it is nice to see you face to face every once in a while.
And PLEASE no responses from outside the UK. We are not looking to use offshore companies for development.
