We are an award winning streaming media company with full service capabilities. Services include: full Streaming Media capabilities, Internet Consultancy, Web Design & Build, Database Design/Build, Intranets, Bespoke Internet Solutions including Internet TV channels, Web Hosting, DVD/CD-Rom Presentations.
Job Description: The successful applicant should have a comprehensive understanding of video processing, and will be conversant with the workflow of video ingest, editing and compression, ideally having knowledge of streaming media.
They must have a high attention to detail with regards to QCing and content logging, have the ability to multitask, work well under pressure and to deadlines. They must have creative flair, be self motivated and have confidence to work independently to tight deadlines as well as being part of a busy team.
Skills Range: Essential software includes:
Canopus Procoder
Adobe Premiere
FTP clients
Windows Media Encoder / Window Media Tools
Knowledge of Adobe After Effects would be an advantage although not essential, as would knowledge of Mac OSX / Final Cut Pro
Other skills:
Knowledge of streaming media formats, ideally Windows Media
Some knowledge of video production preferred
Excellent attention to detail
File management - both locally and on servers
Content spreadsheets
QCing
Ability to handle multiple clients' content at the same time so must be organised
