A talented developer and all-round technical evangelist / web god is required by a small web consultancy looking to start an in-house team.
Working alongside the owner, this is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic technologist looking for a role with unlimited potential. You'll need to be far more than a great developer as this is a rare chance to help shape a new agency - you will be taking on responsibility for growing the technical capabilities of the company.

Technical Skills required:

- PHP 4 & 5 (Object Oriented Programming)
- Javascript/PHP : Ajax Knowledge
- MySQL
- XHTML / CSS (strong cross-browser compatibility / accessibility)
- XML / XSLT
- Linux server admin

Person specification:

- Bright, helpful, outgoing personality
- With potential to lead a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (you'll have lots of direct client contact)
- Hard working
- Creative problem solving ability
- Strong CMS knowledge and experience
