To Join an established internet based property company, which provides a range of marketing solutions for the Serviced Office sector.

THE ROLE

• Managements of day to day IT support queries with emphasis on logging of every request on our knowledgebase and quality feedback on the status of each item throughout it’s resolution.

• On the spot troubleshooting of quick IT support queries.

• Logging of longer to resolve requests with out IT support company. Management of our IT support company to ensure quick resolution of all tasks.

• Management of our phone system to ensure all incoming calls are being processed correctly, and to minimise the number of abandoned calls.

• Management of the purchasing of IT equipment and consumables. Regular review of our suppliers to ensure we are getting the most cost effective pricing.

• Installation and configuration of new IT equipment.

• Maintenance of company filing, including ensuring a regular backup is taken of key information.

• Assistance with sourcing and integration of future IT technologies to further improve efficiency within the company.

• Other project led tasks depending on skills, including database management, html newsletter support, presentation support.

• Potential for low level of out of hours support in instances of network downtime.

KEY SKILLS

• Good knowledge of MS Windows XP
• Good knowledge of office 2003/ 2007 applications
• Ideally an MCP qualification.
• Ideally at least two years experience in a similar role.
• Good client facing skills and the ability to communicate to staff on all levels.
• Good time management skills, and an attention to detail, with energy and enthusiasm and ability to work by your self in a structured and rigorous way.
•Strong problem solving skills and a logical mind.
