Casual Programmer Required (Manchester Area Only)

Hi All
I am after a casual person that i can call on for little bits and pieces of programming to be done to an already existing functional jobsite. Previous jobsite experience would be an advantage, SEO experience would also be preferred - a knowledge of generating tag cloud pages is a must.
The person must be based in or around Manchester, and we must go out for a drink first to discuss whats needed, what can be done, and how much things cost.
