Web Site Required ASAP

I am a UK company based in South East London that has taken a lease on a 4 Floor, 10,000Sq ft building which I need to raise funding and investment on.
The projects to go in there are media based and cover a number of exciting things.
I need a Web Site on which I will be posting my prospectus and the finished Business Plans on, so as to be able to communicate electronically with a large amount of people at once.
I think this type of project could get to a whole cross section of people ranging form potential investors to, advertisers, Sponsors, The Press & Media and the mass consumer, which in the process would open other avenues of exposure and revenues, and is ideally suited to be developed by way of the internet and have great Internet penetration.
As the web site is not up yet, the type of things that will be taking place in the building ranges from.
1. Music Programming Suites on monthly hire,
2. a CD and Record Mastering facility, a CD, Mini Disc, Cassette, MP3/4 Duplication
3. Internet Radio Stations
4. Offices and Office Space hired on a monthly license,
5. an Internet Café,
6. a Bar Restaurant - Landlord Approved, (Planning Permission applied for)
7. Within the Bar /Rest. (Media launches and Artists Showcases,
8. a Comedy Club, - with Internet counterpart, and Website,
9. a Salsa Dancing Venue (Popular in the UK)
10. A DJ Acetate Record Cutting facility, ( Acetates are special records cut and pressed for DJ’s on the spot, so that the DJ has the exclusive pressing of a song or mix that has yet to be released)
11. a Photographic Studio doubling up as a Dance Rehearsal Studio,
12. a Digital Video Editing Suite/s
13. Music Video Production Company
14. Training facilities for the Internet and Software Programs
I see them all with Internet potential, which can be developed into something quite lucrative and far-reaching.
Plus once successfully up and running I wish to reproduce this project many times over in different areas of London and the UK.
At this stage I am a start up so unfortunately the raising of funds – yet to be raised – will have bearing – so I will need people who can the money side is dependent upon ‘the plan to be’. But also I would like to think that this type of project would appeal to the interested party that can see the potential and where development might take this project.
