Internet Radio Station Portal

I am a UK company based in South East London that has taken a lease on a 4 Floor, 10,000Sq ft building which I will be raising funding and investment on.
There are various media projects that will be going on in there.
The One in particular I asm postiing the project on, is an Internet Radio Station but it will be be an e-cmmerce site that really will be a Portal.
We now need the whole team neccessary to develop and make this work and raise the neccessary Funding (V.C's, Sponsors, Advertising etc.)
So, Ranging from the business to the research to the programming, creation and developement of, all parties will be needed.
Physical Base/Office/ Headquarters will be at the Building, although there should be a large element of work done at everybody's respective places.
There is no budget so from the outset by way of contracts and agreement - the team gets to share in the Equity full stop, as there is no budget at this stage but that should only be until we get the first round of funding based on the business plan reasearch etc.
Here is an opportunity for an exciting project to get going and for all involved (depending on the extent and depth of involvement) to share in the Equity, Profits, and Salaries that should ensue.
Who's game?
I need relevant experience, thoughts estimations of what kind of team and how many plus examples of work or reason for/of involvement.
I would like to think that this type of project would appeal to the interested party that can see the potential and where development might take this project.
