Asp Project

Want to develop a simple project in asp with the front end design and validations all ready done. It may require at the max 2 tables with master detail relationship. The user has to fill in a form and submit the firm. On the basis of selection of no. of items, another form will turn up and the no. of form fields will have to be generated dynamically on the basis of the no. of items selected(mainly names,addresses). This is dynamic. At the end of this an email will be sent to both the user/and the firm..a fixed email address. If the item is not selected, the second page will not be displayed. Also two display pages will have to be made ,page 1 for the master data and selecting of appropriate link,teh detail data in page two is displayed. It also allows the data to be edited by selecting the item in the display page..the firm form will again appear where the item to be edited is given. The display pages will have next/previous buttons to navigate to next/previous records. Display will be two records per page. This is pretty much a fixed job and this needs to be done is ASP. Please tell me your rate per hour for the work and no. of hours required to complete this project.
