DCOM XML programmer sought for Terran Cleaner 5 automation

Terran Cleaner 5 www.terran.com is an industry standard video compression tool which we want to use as the basis for an 'encoding farm'. The program can be automated via DCOM with XML for which we have the relevant resources. We are looking for a talented programmer to develop over the course of 3 months a visual basic front end which will automate the tasks of Cleaner 5, applying various compression settings and metadata to digitised media. A knowledge of video streaming codecs would be an advantage.
