WEB CARTOON

Hi everyone, I'm a Graphic/Web Designer, very keen on a new project, which I confess is not very clear on my mind yet. The idea is to launch a new cartoon character via internet and after it will be absolutely very famous, to charge for all its rights :o)
I have great ideas and love to draw. I need an ENGLISH speaking person to help me on WRITING and SELLING the project. I do the design and illustrations. Naturally I can't pay anyone at the moment, so it would be like a hobby at the beginning.
Finally it would be important the person live in London, be creative and unformal.
