Affiliate Network
posted on 12/5/2001We need a multi merchant/advertiser affiliate network script, similar to BeFree, Commission Junction, Revenue Avenue or Click Xchange
Software should be compatible with
- MySQL
- Red Hat Linux
Capable of handling millions of impressions and clicks per day. We have about 12 different high traffic sites ready to go and many, many more coming, so load is very important.
Program/Advertising options should include
- Cost Per Action
- Cost Per Sale
- Cost Per Click
Features should include
- Custom Signup Page
Advertiser should be able to edit html of signup page and be given the url of the custom signup page, similar to cj.com
- Impressions Logged
Regardless of the advertising type, impressions should be logged through 1x1 pixel image, everything should be accessible by the user
- Mutli Purpose Account
Similiar to ClickxChange, everything should be in one account, meaning that an advertiser should be able to be an affiliate and the other way around, pulling the funds together is very important, similar to clickexchange.com, an advertiser should be able to promote other affiliate programs and affiliates should be able to start their own affiliate programs.
- Everything Logged
Every click thru should be loged in mysql with click id, host, ip, the works
- Export Reports
Export reports to Excel, Text and PDF, I know many cpan modules can do this.
- Advanced Reports
Users should be able to search reports by day, month, advertiser, time, etc, etc.
- Individually set commission levels
Simliar to Click xChange, webmasters should be able to set the affiliate payment levels
- Withdrawal Balances
Similar to Click xChange, webmasters should request payments be made OR have a montly
- Category Based
All the links from advertisers should be category based.
- Links and Banners
Advertisers should be able to add links and/or banners in real time.
- Affiliate Responses
Affiliate request must be approved by the advertiser first, this should be an option set by the advertiser, either auto approve or manual approve. The advertise should be able to set a personal message that should be seen by the affiliate, the rate and commission should be able to be changed based upon the advertisers request for the affiliate and advertiser should be able to activate or deactivate the affiliate at will. Everything is confirmed via email.
- Emailing
The advertiser should be able to email a message to all their affiliates
There are about 1,000 more features that we can include here but basically we will leave that up to the programmers abilities. We need this software because we have many, many different sites to promote. Up to now we have been using about 20 different affiliates networks but want our own. The more features the better, the main concern is that we need this software up and running asap being that we just lost one of our major affiliate networks, however, the quality of the script is just as important.
Please get back to me asap with pricing, time frame, suggested features etc asap.
