web based email application

There is a web based email application which has been developed using cgi/perl having all the standard functionalities but I want to add 3 more functionalities like:
1)An option for storing sent mails.
2)An option for Personal folders, which can be created by each user as per his/her wish.
3)An option for changing the user names & password for each user.

The above requirement is immediate.

Even if you have a readymade email application including the above plus all other standard email functionalities then do let me know.
