CGI Uploading Script

www.parents.org.uk requires a perl script to upload multiple files via a browser. The script needs to access a simple text file containing user details and individual upload directory location. ie each user has their own unique directory. There are many uploading shareware scripts available but don't seem to offer the ability to upload to individual directories.
