An E-commerce Site To be Developed

I have a client, who wants an e-commerce solution for their Car Renting Services company.
They want that to be done in ASP, Flash & Online Payment System.
They also want the users/clients to be able to transact their respective Fare in their company's bank account directly.
This is an immidiate requirement. I would like anybody from UK or any where in the world to submit me the Project Quotation as well as the Method(s) that he/she would undertake to fullfil all the requirements of my client. Please note that the remitance of money, directly & securely into their Bank Account is their main apprehension.
