Web Skins Required

We're looking for freelancers to produce "web skins" for resale to our clients.
There are four distinctive set that need to be made, each with their own sub-sets. They are Nightclubs, Restaurants, Take-Aways, and Taxis. We will inform interested parties of the sub-sets upon application.
You will make money when we sell a design to a client. We expect to charge around £350 (GBP) for a skin, and we expect to pay 80% of the charge to the designer. We have over 50,000 potential clients. You will be paid following each confirmed sale in UK pounds (GBP) currency.
The skins will be made available to our clients to pick from, and more than one client will be able to pick the same skin.

Basic Guidelines:

Skins will consist of around 5 to 10 pages.
Style sheets must be used as we write data out using #names in the style sheet.
Designs must be compliant with most browsers.
Actual content is delivered by us via our database.
Skins will reside on our servers.
You may withdraw a skin at any time providing no sales have been made on the skin in question. Once a skin is sold for the first time ownership, and copyright of the skin will automatically be transferred to ourselves. This does not affect sales of the skin, or subsequent payments to you.
You may use the skin, as uploaded on our servers, as a reference to other parties in order to display your skills.
You must NOT use copyrighted material under any circumstances. Any legal costs as a result will be passed directly onto the designer, and we may seek compensation in these circumstances. (Sorry, but we do have to cover ourselves!)
There is no limit to the number of skins you can make, but each skin will have to be cleared by ourselves before being made available to our clients. If it's no good, we wont accept it.
This invitaion is open to individuals and compaines alike.
