Sales/marketing partner wanted

We are a web and multimedia company based in the South East and have been in business for 16 months.
Work so far has included high profile sites for software developers Intel, Digimask, Orchestream and a variety of small creative companies. Our specialism is concept 3D and Flash design, and in addition to commercial work we are seeking to branch into software development centred on the latest avatar technology.
Critically we are acknowledged as being amongst the best, but we are lacking someone who can convert this into solid business.
Therefore we are seeking sales and marketing partners to maximise our earning potential
There is no money up-front, as I say, this would be a partnership with revenue based on sales.
A great opportunity for someone with an eye for the right stuff and the abiltiy to make money with it.
