CGI Project - installing Soupermail

I need someone to install Soupermail (a form to email CGI program) on my server.
Script location: http://soupermail.sourceforge.net/ here you will find all the details you need (help, manuals etc).
Requirements: to install soupermail on my server where it will handle a registration form and a type of order form, with redirections. I would also like these forms to be nicely formatted for when they land in my inbox (details on the soupermail website).
Also a module called MIME::Lite is required which I don’t think is on my server.
Page details: The order form is fairly simple - user inputs text and selects radio buttons for choices. The order form runs a javascript to calculate and display a total cost (which I would like to receive as well). This order form will be duplicated on about 15 pages but is not identical as different quantities i.e. the values of the radio buttons are different, so they will need different config. files (again please see the soupermail site for details).
Please quote a fixed price. All offers will be seriously considered.
