Web Designers In Yorkshire Area Needed

We are currently seeking a freelancer to be able to take on some of our web design work for us on an agreed service level basis. We wish to receive the following information:
1) Past Experience/Websites using Design
2) Software Packages used to create your websites
3) Your preferred pay
4) Whether you will agree to work on a project basis as well as hourly basis
5) Any relevant qulaifications, skills associated with Web Design
6) Your situation regarding travel
7) Your preferred method of working. In other words, would you be as welcome to work from home as well as from our offices?
