Symbian development required

Hi,

I need someone with Symbian C++ experience to write an OPX library accessible from an Symbian OPL application. I need it to be able to dial-up an internet connection using standard libraries based on being provided with a telephone number, username/password.

Budget is £500 to get this completed.
