Scanning services - partner needed

We are launching a website in Q2 2002 and need to partner with a company that can offer scanning services to render photographs in digital format. We need you to take our photos, scan and store them along with digital tags / description to be input into our database.

Invitations are sought from companies geared-up to provide a quick turnaround at cheap per-item prices, based on converting a standard photograph into a high-quality screen image, then emailing it to us with item description.

Please detail how you can help us and quote for the above, including timescales.
