Hosting quotations required

I need to get some hosting prices for the following requirement. We are going to be developing an e-commerce solution for a customer and as it is the focus of their business they would like it to be up 99.9% of the time, probably on a mirrored server for maximum up-time. The system will be based around an access 2000 database, custom COM components and MTS/COM+.
Assuming average visitors of say 1-2000 per day and say 5-6 gigabytes maximum per month bandwidth, I need a quotation for Windows 2000 hosting that can provide this. Also need SSL.
I'm only interested in Windows 2000 hosting and the configuration above.
If you can provide this hosting directly and you are based in the UK then please respond with a monthly cost and any set-up fees. The most part is that we must be able to install custom COM components we have written under a COM+ environment. We'd also need the support to be able to update these components as and when and possibly remote control access.
Please respond with your ideas of costs.
