UK C++ GPS / GSM device programming

Hi there everyone ...

We need someone to take care of re-programming a GPS device :

a) SMS alerts.
b) Configurable Geo-Fencing.
c) Compression & Encryption of data.
d) Blue-tooth mods (next version of the device will support blue-tooth).

If anyone has the skills to do this, please send me a cv.
