hotshot graphics design

We are a very newly formed UK charity, and need to produce some literature on ourselves in preperation for an international launch. I need someone to design a booklet/presentation pack to the print stage (we have a printer ready to go) for our fundraising launch ... all content and logo's will be provided. Other images (photos, whatever) will have to be sourced or produced.
We cannot pay very much, our funds are desperately needed, and we have no budget for this sort of thing. what i can offer is for you to use it to promote your services. It is mainly going to be presented to Big Businesses as a pitch, and also to Grant making trusts for background information, and as such, should be good exposure and a good portfolio piece for someone starting out, or looking to develop their own clients. It is a high profile launch, with several local and international celebrities involved at various levels. There would be no problem adding a section on each page or insert or whatever saying somthing like "Design donated by ...." with contact details. Any further work (of which there will be some i am sure) i will make sure is paid for at market rates.
Design wise, we would want very clean and conservative design, but high impact stuff. Open to suggestions though. Please reply with portfolio and proposal.
