Project Solutions Start-up consultancy - Kent

Looking to progress a project solutions consultancy within the Kent/Essex/Sussex area. I have a clear idea of the consultancy direction and have started discussing affiliations with other IT consultancies to improve skills and area coverage.
My background is project management of large concurrent projects, all supplying IT solutions to business customers. Am after some one to compliment those skills and with like minded outlook help to form a start-up to grow into something more substantial.
