File upload system
posted on 27/4/2002We need a simple form page, that will take a user's details and then use some of those details
their selected username, (verification of unique value please)
*plus the date
*their chosen <21 characters filename
*and a sequential number to rename a file that they will upload via a subsequent secure upload page page.
Returning users go straight to the upload page via a password login.
The user will be charged for each separate upload, we anticipate using worldpay as the gateway.
we will also need email confirmations sent to the admin, and to the user.
All opther pages, text and graphics will be supplied by us,
We would prefer if done in php/mysql, asp/xl or just plain old javascript/perl
In summary: to capture user details, to upload the file correctly named, and charge user.

This is a low budget project, but we will pay good rates for speedy results..
