ASP Programming / E-commerce

We are a web design agency currently involved in the final stages of completing an e-commerce enabled web site for a client. This web site has been developed in ASP with an Access back-end, allowing the client to administer and publish STATIC pages to their web site with ease.
We are now in the final stages of the project and are looking for a small collection of reliable ASP scripts that can collect the 'add to cart'information from these static pages into a shopping cart system (preferably Access, but with easy scalability to SQL server), as well as further scripts to handle the checkout process within an SSL secured space (which we will set up). Online credit card authorisation is NOT required - the client will be processing the transactions offline. However, some kind of back-end administration (contained within the SSL space?) may also be required.
