PHP Petition/Discussion site (Updated)
posted on 22/8/2002I need someone/company to create a PHP based Petition/Discussion site. Not really
interested in fancy UI for the moment, keep simple functionality. www.ipetitions.com
is an example of what I would like with respect to this functionality. They actually
also use www.phpbb.com which is free discussion system so the discussion side should
be quite straight forward. Please email me if you have reasonable experience with
PHP and have experience in delivering professional and timely web projects. I did
not mean to offend anyone with my initial post or undermine freelancers or
freelancing. Thanks.
