A website with a fully searchable on line database containing details of available properties. Search criteria to include: no of bedrooms, price, location etc. At least seven pages needed: homepage, company profile, Staff team, News, FAQ, Property management, search results. Site to be entirely updateable via secure area protected by a password.
b
Also contemplating the inclusion of private landlords in site for fee payable on line.
