Strong art team needs programmer

I'm putting together a team to make games to be distributed as shareware.
This will be used as a stepping stone to better things and as the backbone of our future game development and a team building exersize.
We aim to start small, build our confidence as a team and grow,moving onto more advanced projects as we develop.
We have a strong art team, an award winning 2d artist with huge commercial experience and an excellent 3d artist/modeller with 6 years commercial experience in web design who has recently made the move into 3d.
We are seeking an excellent C/C++ programmer to complete the team.Java knowledge would also be an asset.
There is a strong chance of future funding once we have proven ourselves but for now any work will be on a royalty basis, equal split and company shares.
The games will be puzzlers and classics (chess etc)with up-rated graphics. Simple, but hard to put down.
Ideally I'm looking for someone in the London (England) area but if you're good enough we'll be glad to hear from you where ever you are.
Work will be carried out from home but if possible I would like the team to occasionally get together for brainstorming sessions.
