Car Sales on line.

We are a medium sized used cars sales business based in Bristol. We need a website that we can update ourselves with new and used cars daily. We would like customers to register to receive email messages form us about new cars available and have the whole thing searchable, quick and easy to use.
Not sure about budget, but would like to get something working as soon as possible. We are open to ideas about how to do this.
We have a second car business, that if the first was a success then we would do the second website also.
A company is okay, but we would realy like a "Freelancer" who we can turn to when needed and won't charge us through the nose.
