ASP appointments system

I need an appointments system written in ASP using an Access database.
I need to display a calendar 1 week at a time layed out as a table with dates down the left hand side and employees across the top with the cells to be filled with their appointments. It all needs to be database driven and updateable through the website.
Please let me know rough costs, approx time to complete, and your experience.
